Kelly Wolcott
Kelly Wolcott, LE, CIDESCO Diplomat, is a respected industry leader with over 25 years of experience in advanced esthetics. She is the founder and lead educator of How-To: Esthetics, an online education platform for licensed professionals, and a monthly contributor to DERMASCOPE Magazine, where she shares insights on clinical treatments, business systems, and professional development.
Kelly holds multiple international certifications, including CIDESCO, ITEC, and NCEA, and is currently serving her fifth term as Director of Judges for The Skin Games. A former TSG competitor, she placed 1st in Age Management, 2nd in Acne, and 3rd in Pigmentation categories in 2020.
In addition to her educational work, Kelly continues to see clients at her Atlanta-based studio, WISH Esthetics, where she specializes in corrective skincare. She is passionate about mentoring emerging and established estheticians, helping them grow with confidence, competence, and integrity.

Faith Yanez
Hello! I’m Faith Yanez, a passionate esthetician specializing in acne treatment, based in Chandler, Arizona. As the owner of AZ Skin Rehab, I’ve spent years helping clients achieve clear, healthy skin and regain their confidence.
I’m honored to have been named Esthetician of the Year and to serve as a judge for The Skin Games for three consecutive years. This role allows me to share my expertise and stay at the forefront of skincare innovations.
Outside the treatment room, I cherish time with my family and enjoy working on my newest hobby, my Etsy shop Skintrendz Creations. This creative outlet lets me explore and share unique items with a broader audience.

Aggie Singh
Aggie Singh, a distinguished cosmetologist, graduated in 2004 from a premier cosmetology college in Poland with a focus on dermatology. After moving to the UK, she opened her first skincare clinic in Cleethorpes, specializing in treating complex skin conditions such as melasma, compromised skin barrier, acne, and rosacea. A testament to her expertise, she was awarded Aesthetician of the Year at The Skin Games 2023/24. Committed to continuous education, Aggie regularly undertakes advanced skincare courses and attends symposiums, while also supporting beauty brands at professional events, solidifying her status as a leader in the skincare industry.

Davianne Beepot
Davianne Beepot is a licensed esthetician and educator with over a decade of
experience in the beauty industry. She has worked as an educator, business
development manager, and brand consultant for major skincare brands. In addition, she
has run her own spa and training academy, earning an internationally recognized Health
2.0 Leadership Award.
Davianne has helped numerous spa owners and estheticians succeed through her
mentorship and coaching programs, offering advanced education for beauty
professionals and spapreneurs, including a specialized mentorship program.
Her influence extends to her roles as a judge for Skin Games and as Director of
Education. Davianne has served as a mentor for the Beauty Changes Lives x Circadia –
Sage Michaela Lucas “Timing is Everything” scholarship, and she has also worked as a
celebrity esthetician for A-list clients.

Brooke Kennedy
Brooke Kennedy
Brooke Kennedy is a dedicated Master Esthetician with a passion for both her craft and her community. She is the proud owner of Suite B Hair & Skin Lounge, a renowned establishment nestled in the heart of Issaquah, Washington. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has earned her and her team prestigious awards and accolades.
Notably, in 2023, Suite B Hair & Skin Lounge was honored as the “Best in the Pacific Northwest” for their exceptional waxing services by the Seattle Times. Their reign of excellence continued with consecutive victories in the “Best of Issaquah” awards, securing recognition for their outstanding Spa & Hair Services, as well as their impeccable Customer Service, for two consecutive years.
Brooke’s leadership extends beyond the walls of her salon. She takes immense pride in guiding her team and serving as a skin revision therapist and sugarist. Her devotion to the local community is unmistakable, and she channels her efforts towards sustainability, actively seeking ways to reduce the carbon footprint of her salon company.
In the competitive world of esthetics, Brooke has proven herself as a force to be reckoned with. Since 2019, she has been an integral part of The Skin Games, consistently pushing the boundaries of her expertise. Her impressive track record includes winning the Holistic category three years in a row, as well as claiming top honors in the Acne and Open categories. Together with her partner, Alma, Brooke also triumphed at The Skin Boss Mastermind event in Las Vegas.
As she continues to leave her mark on the world of esthetics, Brooke Kennedy now takes on the role of a judge at this year’s Skin Games. She eagerly anticipates this opportunity to give back to the organization that she holds dear and that has played a significant role in her professional journey. Brooke’s journey is one of passion, excellence, and a relentless commitment to her craft and community.

Angela Eklow
From a young age, Angela developed an interest in cosmetics and skincare. However, a severe skin condition at 18 that left her with significant facial swelling and blisters sparked her fascination with skin functions and dysfunctions. With 35 years in the industry and an insatiable passion for skin education, she has turned her early interest into a nearly obsessive pursuit of skincare knowledge.
Angela’s diverse career includes managing high-end establishments in London and a five-year stint on cruise ships, where she met her husband. Despite the challenges of starting a skin clinic 23 years ago in a foreign language without a client base, she now runs a successful business specializing in advanced skin transformations.
In 2020, Angela took a bold step outside her comfort zone to represent Circadia Sweden in The Skin Games. She won the Compromised Skin category, secured second place in the Open category, and was a finalist in Age Management. In 2021, she achieved third place in the Compromised category.
Angela wishes all competitors in this prestigious competition the best of luck. She believes that the hard work invested will yield rewards that elevate one’s professional profile and are well worth the effort. She encourages everyone to “Go smash it!”

Chelsea Ausland
With 17 years of skin-in-the-game experience, Chelsea Renae Ausland is the owner and creative force behind Chelsea Skin Collective—a bold, award-winning medspa with effervescent culture and soul and 15 international awards across its powerhouse team.
Chelsea herself holds six international awards, including the coveted title of Esthetician Mentor of the Year. A four-time Skin Games judge, she brings a fierce blend of heart, humor, and high standards to the table—never afraid to call out the magic when she sees it or light a match under someone who’s playing small.
She’s spent the lastsix years building a business with purpose, mentoring estheticians into their power, and proving that great skin is only part of the story—it’s about courage, connection, and creating something unforgettable.
When Chelsea’s not shaping the next generation of skin pros, she’s challenging the rules, championing growth, and making sure nobody forgets that mentorship isn’t just guidance—it’s a legacy.
Nichelle Mosley
Nichelle Mosley is an international award-winning licensed esthetician, corneotherapy specialist, and certified social-emotional learning and somatic facilitator. As the founder of The Skin Barrier Academy, Nichelle transforms the esthetics industry by empowering educators, solopreneurs, and school communities to enhance well-being through advanced corneotherapy techniques and whole-person wellness practices.
A published author of Advanced Ayurvedic Face Mapping (2022), Nichelle is also a regular contributor to Dermascope Magazine and O! Magazine. Her work has shaped the first culturally conscious and inclusive curriculum for estheticians through her role as a global content reviewer and script supervisor for the Milady Advanced 3rd Edition.
Nichelle’s expertise extends to medical aesthetics, with specialization in treatments such as CoolSculpting, microneedling, and laser therapy. She also leads Barrier 360° workshops, integrating nervous system health, somatic wellness, and corneotherapeutic innovations.
With certifications in corneotherapy, nutrition, and SEL facilitation, Nichelle is dedicated to driving sustainability, inclusivity, and empowerment across the beauty and wellness industries. Jessica Cooley
Jessica is a distinguished esthetician and entrepreneur with a remarkable track record of international awards and accolades for her exceptional work in the field of esthetics. As the founder of the award-winning brand, Skin Wand Pro, she has revolutionized the skincare industry with her innovative products and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
With multiple international awards to her credit, Jess has set new standards in the esthetics industry, earning recognition for her outstanding contributions and exceptional results. Her dedication to excellence and passion for skincare have solidified her position as a leading figure in the global esthetics community.
Currently based in Columbia, South Carolina, Jess serves as a prominent educator at Bella Beauty School, where she imparts her extensive knowledge and expertise in esthetics to the next generation of professionals. Her role as a mentor and educator has had a transformative impact on the aspiring estheticians under her guidance.
Residing in the picturesque Lake Murray area of South Carolina with her husband, Scott, a retired veteran of the USAF, Jess has been a pillar of strength and support throughout his 30-year military career. Their eldest, Coryn, is pursuing a degree in Film at the University of South Carolina, while their youngest has proudly followed in the family’s footsteps by serving in the US Air Force, currently stationed at Keesler AFB, MS.
Having transitioned from a successful career in retail management to pursue her passion for esthetics, Jess has embarked on a multifaceted entrepreneurial journey. From owning a solo practice to launching her own skincare line, she has ventured into various domains of the industry, ultimately establishing Skin Wand Pro—a thriving at-home skincare device company that has garnered widespread acclaim.
Jessica’s unwavering dedication to excellence, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, continues to inspire and empower individuals in the field of esthetics, making her a true trailblazer in the industry.

As the Founder of WISH Skin Health, David has played a pivotal role in the brand’s remarkable growth. WISH Skin Health has earned a reputation for producing cutting-edge acne focused education, acne safe skincare products that prioritize microbiome health and sustainability. David has spent over two decades in executive leadership roles for profoundly successful brands Aveda, dermalogica, CosMedix and Face Reality. His Industry perspective is truly one-of-a-kind.
David initiated National Esthetician Day in 2016 and expressed his enthusiasm about being a judge for The Skin Games, saying, “I’m delighted to share my insights and experiences with the passionate professionals attending The Skin Games in 2025! Julie Stubler
Julie Stubler, a 39-year industry professional and owner of the award-winning Skin Solutions MedSpa, is a licensed teacher, skin care professional and certified laser technician. Her expertise spans teen acne, anti-aging techniques, laser hair removal, and micro-needling. Julie has developed a unique post-graduation mentoring program, ‘Aesthe-Prentice’ (AP for short), offering hands-on guidance for beauty and medical professionals in the esthetician and medical aesthetic space. In addition, Julie created an internship program for high school students interested in pursuing a career in esthetics. Her commitment to education and mentorship is evident in her work. Julie’s personal life is marked by a loving partnership with her husband, Brian, of 35 years. Together, they have four children, three of whom have followed in their parents’ footsteps in the service industry. Their children include Taylor, a licensed barber with an award-winning shop; Victoria, a licensed cosmetologist and award-winning PMU artist specializing in skin and laser treatments; and Bryce, a licensed barber who works alongside his older brother.
Therese Mathisen
Owner & founder of Skincare by us and GLOW Stockholm
Meet award winning Therese “Tess” Mathisen from Sweden. She is a licensed Cidesco esthetician, who has been active for more than two decades. Her career started at Steiner cruise ships, building global knowledge within different massage techniques, sales and management. Becoming a solo practitioner before expanding to what now is one of Stockholms more high end salons. Since owning the exclusive rights for Circadia, G.M Collin, DermaplanePRO och Dermalux LED, Tess spends most of her time coaching other salons in treatment tactics, retail and product knowledge.
Today she is a highly requested instructor, lecturer and influencer within her field. She is a board member for one of Sweden Cidesco Shool and has for the last two years, won Best professional Product within SHR, the Swedish Trade Association for estheticians. Besides her highly professional knowledge she is a passionate and innovative person, always ahead, as a great inspiration for others.

Tiffany Roy
Tiffany A. Roy is a married mother of two children and has been an Esthetician for over 16 years. She began her career in the medical field after high school, working for nearly 10 years as a CNA, medical coder and insurance specialist, and activity director. Her passion has always been to help others feel good about themselves, so she decided to pursue a career in skin and attended Aveda Institute to become an Esthetician. She has been in business for 16 years and continues to further her education with new and innovative techniques for skin services. She looks for new ideas or services to add to her portfolio of current services on a yearly basis. She is also the founder of the Estheticians of Louisiana Group Facebook social media platform and hosting her successfully established 4th year Louisiana Estheticians Conference.

Elizabeth Mackenzie
Founder and owner of Elevate MindSkinSoul & High Vibe Skin Academy, Elizabeth Mackenzie is a Midwest native and a seasoned aesthetician with over 14 years experience. She is now using her skills and knowledge to help clients all over the Valley as well as educate other aestheticians with her holistic courses! Elizabeth has a zeal for skincare as she struggled with severe cystic acne herself. She stays up to date with the industry and is always taking new courses to perfect her craft! After a difficult stretch she learned how to truly heal her skin from the inside out. She will give your skin the nurturing and love it deserves so you can vibrate higher!

Lynn Laporte
Lynn Laporte resides on a small farm in Massachusetts with her husband, horses, chickens, and a dog. She has two grown sons and two grandchildren. Lynn is a licensed Esthetician, Reiki Master Teacher, Nationally Certified Reflexologist, Shamanic Practitioner, and Color Code Independent Trainer. She has obtained her Oncology Skin Certification and is currently completing her Nutritional Aesthetics certification with Rachael Pontillo.
After 20 years in administrative and customer service roles, Lynn transitioned to a career in skincare at 40, motivated by her own struggles with sensitive skin. She combines her expertise in skincare, reflexology, and energy healing to offer a holistic approach to wellness. Her unique skill set allows her to address both the physical and energetic aspects of her clients’ well-being, helping them achieve healthier skin and a balanced body, mind, and spirit.
Fun fact: Lynn was an extra in the movie “The Finest Hours,” filmed on Cape Cod.
Robin Lee

Angel Flener
Celebrating her 20th year in the Medical Aesthetics industry, Angel M. Flener is an award-winning Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Educator in Arizona and Hawaii.
Angel’s journey began in 2005 in the Aesthetics Industry began with makeup artistry at MAC Cosmetics. Soon after, she graduated from the National Laser Institute of Scottsdale, opened “The Skin Coach”, and never looked back! This venture, inspired by the skincare needs of her four daughters, is dedicated to providing both affordable and effective skincare for all. The Skin Coach has been recognized as a “Neighborhood Fave” on the Nextdoor App. More recently, she was named one of the “50 over 50” Women Business owners in her area for work with those who cannot afford ongoing skincare treatments. This program is affectionately known as “Angel’s Ohana”
As an educator, Angel has developed progressive curriculums for several Arizona schools, providing junior aestheticians with valuable stepping-stones to success. She has also proudly served as a product trainer for Hale and Hush Sensitive skincare and currently acts as an Ambassador for a leading stem-cell based product line.
When not in the treatment room, Angel is the owner of the Aesthetic Apprenticeship Collective (AAC), which debuted at The Skin Games’ Spa Tank. The AAC is a concierge service, pairing seasoned aestheticians with those needing mentorship to perfect their skills and learning through apprenticeship means.
Angel has received awards at The Skin Games in 2022/23 and 2023/24, including 1st place in the Open Medical category. Her most humbling recognition was receiving an award for her works of compassion in the “Compassion” category ( 22/23) . She is honored to serve as a Judge this year!
Angel is married and lives in Mesa, AZ with her Husband Jeff and Rottweiler puppy, Lilo!

With 15+ years in the aesthetics industry, I’ve helped thousands transform their skin, confidence, and lives. My work blends science and soul—from advanced skincare to precision cosmetic tattooing—with every treatment delivered through passion, purpose, and care.
As a pioneer in Nebraska, I introduced Microneedling with PRP and Eyelash Extensions long before they were mainstream. What began as a vision became a thriving spa and academy, known for top-tier lash, brow, and skin services that empower from the inside out.
Through my academy, I’ve trained and mentored hundreds of aspiring beauty professionals, guiding them to build careers rooted in confidence, skill, and authenticity. Watching their growth has been one of the greatest rewards of my journey.

Sophia Wixson
Sophia, an experienced esthetician since 2008, is passionate about skincare and dedicated to providing customized skin treatments that enhance clients’ well-being. Believing that self-care is essential, Sophia continuously educates herself to offer the best services as the industry evolves.
Sophia started her skin care clinic in 2016 and continues to grow her business with new technologies and treatments. She is a solo business owner and wears all the hats to run her business. She is an entrepreneur with goals of expanding her business and creating her own brand of products.
She enjoys making connections and communicating with other professionals and learning from each other. She also treasures the connections with her clients and learns from them as well.
She was a participant in the 2023/24 Skin Games, making it to the final 10 in Age Management, Hyperpigmentation, and Medical. She had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to see what the talented estheticians do this year.

Debra Adkins
Debra Adkins, also known as ” The Crunchy Esthetician,” a name given to her by her peers, is a Licensed Asthetician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner,Health Coach, Certified Dermaplane Pro trainer, Account manager for Bio Repeel and owner of Sage Medical Spa.She has worked with some of the most Elite master trainers from Europe teaching Fibroblasting.
Sage Medical is a very unique practice that brings together the best of holistic skincare and holistic health practices with the most cutting edge aesthetic medical procedures while never compromising on their clients health. Debra has trained hundreds of astheticians in various modalities with one goal in mind, to elevate the amazing industry of aesthetics. Debra is a 3 time award winner in the skin games. Debra has developed her own MD skincare line “Sage MD Skin Science” and is currently working on a holistic line “SAGE Pure”.
Jordyn Warren
Jordyn has been a licensed Cosmetologist & Aesthetician since 2011. She has experience working in a variety of settings from day spas, acne clinics, wellness centers & hospitals. She is a certified Oncology Aesthetician completing multiple advanced trainings & was the first Aesthetician for the non-profit Looking & Feeling FAB in which she is still an active member of, providing skin care treatments to cancer patients & survivors & volunteering her services at different retreat centers. Jordyn opened her own studio in 2017 with the goal of being more creative in her career & creating more flexibility to spend time with her family. She is entering her third year as a judge for The Skin Games, the most prestigious competition & award show for Aestheticians across the globe. She has been featured in Skin Inc. Magazine for her work with Oncology & CBD. As of 2024, Jordyn is also a certified Reiki Master & is passionate about her work in helping other to heal themselves.
Reda Pilipaviciene
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in beauty and aesthetics, Reda Pilipaviciene is a highly qualified and passionately driven cosmetologist, renowned for combining cutting-edge skincare technology with holistic therapies to deliver customised, age-defying solutions—earning the trust and loyalty of her clients. As an official ambassador for the HYPO21 brand, Reda actively shares her expertise by teaching, mentoring, and inspiring fellow beauty professionals through industry masterclasses and educational events.
Diana Diep
From competitor to judge, Diana returns to The Skin Games with a passion that’s only grown stronger since winning the 2022–2023 New Esthetician Award for her Scar Revision case study. A Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, Oncology Skincare Specialist, and soon-to-be Licensed Esthetics Instructor, she brings medical-grade knowledge and a holistic touch to everything she does.
With a specialty in pigmentation and sensitive skin, she blends clinical precision with gentle innovation—utilizing chemical and herbal peels, nanoneedling, LED therapy, and more. After working alongside a variety of physicians and in a well established Medspa, she launched her own solo studio in 2023: Drunk Skin LLC, where “A new kind of happy hour” delivers skin-first confidence by empowering clients with knowledge and education in every treatment.
Beyond the treatment room, she’s newly married to her husband and #1 hype man, Tony, and excited to pay forward the inspiration The Skin Games gave her. As a 2026 Judge, she’s here to celebrate bold technique, real transformation, and the fearless estheticians making waves in our industry.
