Falisha Steplight
I started my Master Esthetician journey when I was 23 years old. I opened my first beauty studio
when I was 29, it’s a company called Arch Brow Studio LLC. I had no business education or
experience but a craft that I knew my community would appreciate.
Our esthetic department specializes in clinical skincare on acne management and anti-aging
treatments.
Our company is racially diverse and we are 15 minutes away from Fort Lewis military base. This
allows us to meet people from all around the country and address different skin concerns. I look
forward to meeting other estheticians from around the world and seeing the results they produce.

Melissa Charter
My name is Melissa Charter and I am currently a Business Development Manager in New England for Dermaconcepts/Environ Skincare. I have my esthetics license from both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
My love for skincare ignited when I was an at-home consultant working in the beauty industry. In 2011, I decided to attend esthetics school and became a Licensed Esthetician. Once school was finished, I opened my own small business, and worked as a skin specialist until 2020. During that time, I also taught at Paul Mitchell The School North Haven, participated in The Skin Games for two consecutive years, and took multiple skincare and makeup classes to continue my education. My most recent experience was working as a model for Pearls and Camo where I truly enjoyed being creative with the clothing designer and photographer on set, as well as helping other models prepare their skin for the photoshoot.
I have been passionate about esthetics since I received my very first facial on a cruise and always wanted to work in the beauty industry. I strive to continuously learn, evolve, and grow both personally as well as professionally. My goal for this role is to provide extraordinary support to the participants while becoming a valuable esthetician in The Skin Games community.

Dalia Wagley
My name is Dalia Wagley and I am a Licensed Esthetician and Manicurist. I have been in this industry for over sixteen years and continue to find this work exciting and rewarding. I currently own businesses in this field and appreciate the hard work it takes to manage a successful business and a home life. I am the proud Mom of a sassy beautiful toddler who is the joy of my life.
Over the last sixteen years, I have developed a passion for hair removal and skin care. After attending cosmetology school, I opened my first Spa at the age of 22. Hair removal and skin care management have been one of my primary areas of focus to find the best hair removal method possible and refine the techniques used. As I have developed this expert knowledge, I found that the best way to share with other esthetic professionals this effective and gentle way of hair removal was to become an educator and consultant. I have been an Esthetics educator and consultant for the last twelve years. I find immense value and satisfaction in teaching others and certainly enjoy sharing my knowledge through social media platforms.
I consider my passion for esthetics as an investment in my client’s health that can last a lifetime. I take my work seriously and have spent countless hours working and collaborating with scientists and chemists to develop a gentle and effective ingrown hair serum, soaps, and other body products for my clientele. Hair removal and skincare are about using the best products and the right techniques. I take pride in keeping current with the latest trends in skincare and certainly product knowledge. It is essential that I invest in my knowledge so that I am able to provide exceptional care to all the clients I serve as well as the students I teach.
I am super excited to be a judge in the sugaring category and look forward to growing the sugaring category. I am eager to see what the contestants will present during the competition. I know that contestants have put in a lot of hard work, dedication, and commitment in preparing for this opportunity. Let us all make this competition as sweet as sugar!

Jarratt Haviland
Jarratt began her journey in cosmetology and esthetics after a stint in the world of nutrition research left her unfulfilled and longing for something different. A generous friend gave her the opportunity to just “get away” and reception at her salon while looking for another avenue of science, where she accidentally fell in love with the industry and never looked back. Her career began in cosmetology, offering hair services and waxing, but one experience with a sugarist in a neighboring salon left her begging to learn the technique. Since that fateful sugaring appointment, Jarratt completely shifted her focus to esthetics—sugaring and airbrush tanning—and took the risk of opening the first sugar hair removal salon in Louisiana in early 2015. To this day, Sugar & Bronze is the authority, with clients traveling hours and across state lines to be sugared by her incredibly knowledgeable and skilled staff.
After almost a decade in the industry and growing her salon to over 6000 clients, Jarratt shifted her focus once again to educating the community on the benefits of sugar hair removal and developing other esthetics professionals. She began educating in 2015 and became the Director of Education with Ke Kō Botanicals in May of 2020. Educating with the Ke Kō Ohana allowed her to travel the world and experience new cultures and challenges while sharing her passion. When the opportunity arose for Jarratt and her husband, Mike, to take over Ke Kō in 2022, they jumped at the opportunity to continue a legacy of sugaring excellence in education and product.
Her best advice? Go for it. Risks are scary, but on the other side comes either incredible success or invaluable lessons learned. And either experience will give you new tools to tackle the next great thing coming your way.

Brooke Kennedy is more than just a fresh-faced beauty queen from Sequim, WA; she’s got ambition and brains and a profound passion for the health and wellbeing of people and the environment. She learned much of her adult regimens and character qualities from her mother, who taught her from a young age the importance of skin care, and from her father, who owned a restaurant and demonstrated hard work and excellent customer service.
After attending the University of Washington, where Brooke studied molecular cell biology, dance, and French, and was an active member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, she decided that medical school was not going to be her path, and she began to pursue other avenues while supporting herself in the food and beverage industry. Along the way, she also spent time in the electrical industry developing business and sales, and working in project management.
In 2012 Brooke graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care and opened Bliss by Brooke Skin Care in 2013 in a 7 ½’ x 8 ½’ made-over closet of a hair salon. Since then she has continuously improved her knowledge base and skill set as an aesthetician by completing courses in advanced skin analysis (with Florence Barrett-Hill of Pastiche) and acquiring an oncology esthetic certificate, which is a personal passion for Brooke.
Skin care, for Brooke, feels like a perfect combination of serving others, creating a memorable guest experience, and using the latest scientific advancements. She works hard and believes that life is too short not to love what you do!

When Kileigh graduated high school she worked as a Receptionist at a Luxury Spa in Tacoma, WA. She fell in love being in the atmosphere of the spa. While working here she learned how to do Spray Tan’s and did makeup applications for clients from time to time. Two years later in 2014 Kileigh graduated her Esthetics Program top in her class from The Bellus Academy in San Diego, CA. She moved to Las Vegas after graduating and started working at Sephora.
She elevated the store’s skincare knowledge in so many ways being a licensed professional as well as being passionate about education. She worked with Perricone MD, Clarisonic and Control Corrective Skin Care as a freelance artist and all of these different brands instilled the importance of education and she knew that long term she wanted to be an educator. In 2016 Kileigh then began working for one of the busiest and well-respected Lash Lounges in the Vegas area and received an amazing foundation of knowledge of Classic and Volume lash extensions. Kileigh moved back home to Tacoma, WA to be closer to her family and work for a popular waxing studio that was expanding where she branded their lash extension line exclusive for the salons use. For more flexibility and time with her family she started her own business in 2018 specializing in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping and body waxing. It was around that time she discovered Elleebana and fell in love with the brand. Fast forward to 2022 Kileigh is the Master Trainer at the USA Headquarters Office, and is so excited to see her passion for education grow further in this important role and inspiring many others along the way. She teaches courses in Lash Lifts, Lash & Brow Lamination, Brow Henna and Lash Extensions.
